YOGA

Yoga helps people achieve a balanced, healthy and vibrant life. Michelle is a
professional Kripalu yoga teacher with 25+ years’ experience teaching on the
North Shore. She currently teaches at the Salem YMCA and on the Zoom App
Mondays, Wednesday, & Fridays, private groups and one-on-one with clients
in her studio. Michelle’s knowledge of anatomy, yoga postures, philosophy,
breathing techniques, and meditation help her students experience a deeper
understanding of themselves, with tools they can use to create physical health
and well-being.

 

 I have taught numerous workshops: Yoga, Ayurveda
workshops, meditation workshops, shamanic workshops and even basic
couples massage workshops. Yoga workshops provide students with a deeper
level of knowledge and experience than what you’d receive out of a 75 minute
class. Meditation workshops give students a broader experience of various
meditation techniques and their application in life. Shamanic workshops give
students fun tools to help create positive change needed in their lives.
Ayurvedic workshops provide students with knowledge of Ayurveda, Doshas,
right diet, and routines which will improve health and well-being.

Yoga Nidra Facilitator: Create & lead guided sleep based meditations, that
you cannot “do” wrong! Awareness is drawn to bodily sensations and breath to
slow down brainwave activity. As the mind quiets the nervous system reboots
allowing the body to enter into a healing state. Beneficial for reducing anxiety,
alleviating depression and manifesting desires. A magical practice!
